Gateway Pairing Steps Find the main menu at the upper left corner and select Gateway - G2. Connect the device to power before proceeding to the next step. Switching on the power too soon may result in a "search failed" message. Configure the Wi-Fi information, ensuring that your phone is connected to the same network. Congratulations on successful configuration! You will now see a "Gateway" column in the "Settings."

Connecting Alexa and Gateway Download the "Amazon Alexa" app on your mobile phone, navigate to "Skills & Games" in the menu and search for “TTlock." Enter the login interface and enable the connection. Note: If the login fails, please remember to include the area code "+1" before your account. Give Alexa the "discover" command, and the Locks option will appear on the page. Pairing successful! Access the settings interface to authorize APP control and voice control.
