【High Compatibility】The G2 gateway is compatible with smart locks that can be managed through the TTLock App. 【Remotely Unlock/Lock】Through connection with the TTLock App, the G2 gateway allows for remote control, eliminating the limitations of Bluetooth unlocking distance. Users can easily share, modify, or delete passcodes from anywhere at any time. Additionally, real-time monitoring of door status, battery life, and access records is also supported. 【Range of Application】The G2 gateway operates only on 2.4GHz frequency. It is recommended to keep the gateway within 16 ft (5 meters) of the smart lock to ensure connectivity. When adding the gateway, make sure that both your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 【Easy Setup】To set up the G2 gateway, open the TTLock App and follow these steps: click on the upper left corner, select "Gateway," tap on the "+" sign, choose G2 (Wi-Fi), plug in the gateway, press next when the light flashes alternately in red and blue, select the Wi-Fi network, and enter the password. 【Voice Control】The G2 gateway is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant (sold separately) for convenient voice control of smart locks. It can be paired with multiple smart locks. Important: When pairing the gateway with Alexa, remember to add "+1" before your TTlock account.
