When using the G2 gateway, it is important to note that it only operates on the 2.4GHz frequency and should be placed within 16 feet (5 meters) of the smart lock to maintain connectivity. Additionally, both the gateway and smartphone must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network during setup.

Setting up the G2 gateway is a breeze with the TTLock App. Simply follow the steps to add the gateway, plug it in, and connect it to your Wi-Fi network. Once installed, the gateway can also be voice-controlled with Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing for seamless integration with multiple smart locks.
