Overcoming the constraints of Bluetooth, the Gateway WiFi empowers you to achieve genuine remote control from any location.

To set up, follow these instructions to pair the lock with the Gateway:

Step 1: Ensure the gateway is positioned close to the lock, router, and phone. Step 2: Open the "TTLock" app by clicking on the top left corner and selecting "Gateway". Then, click on the "+" button and choose G2 (Wi-Fi). Plug the gateway into a power outlet, click "Next" when the red and blue lights blink alternately, select Wi-Fi, and enter the password. Step 3: Check the gateway indicator for normal connection status - red and blue lights flashing alternately indicate not connected, while blue lights flashing mean connected.

If the blue light is on but the lock is not connected, unplug and reconnect the gateway. Step 4: Make sure the mobile phone and gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during pairing. Step 5: Enable the remote unlock function in the Lock app before utilizing it.

To pair with Alexa:

Step 1: Log in to your Alexa app and navigate to "Skills and games". Step 2: Search for "Lock" and enter your TTLock account and password, then click "authorize". Remember to add "+1" before your TTLock account. Step 3: Successfully link the lock and click on "Devices" to access the lock settings. Step 4: Activate "Unlock by app" and "Unlock by voice" for enhanced functionality.
