How to Add the Gateway? Please take note: Once the gateway has successfully connected to the lock, avoid moving it. The optimal distance between the gateway and the locks should not exceed 32ft.

1. Enable Wi-Fi on your smartphone and connect it to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, log in to your TTLock account, enter TTLock, click on the upper left corner, select Gateway, click on the "+" icon, and choose Gateway Type: G2 Wi-Fi.
3. Follow the instructions: Reconnect the power for the Gateway, wait for the indicator light to flash red and blue, click Next, the App will automatically search for the gateway, click "+" and select the Wi-Fi network, enter the Wi-Fi password (ensure it's the same network as your smartphone), and enter a name for the gateway.
4. If the connection fails, plug in both the gateway and the lock, wait 10 minutes, and check for a successful connection.

Simple Setup In just three simple steps, pair and connect your smart door lock with the G2 Wi-Fi Hub. Control your smart door lock from anywhere using the TT Lock App. The indicator light shows the working status - blue light indicates normal operation, while red light indicates a network failure.

Application & Precautions Maintain a distance of no more than 32ft between the gateway and the smart door lock to ensure optimal connectivity. When pairing the gateway, ensure that both the gateway and smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
